EQANIE member agencies can be authorised to award the “Euro-Inf Bachelor” and “Euro-Inf Master” quality labels through an indirect procedure, according to the “Euro-Inf Framework Standards and Accreditation Criteria for Informatics Programmes“
How to request authorisation
NOTE: The procedure to apply to become Authorised Agency is now under review according to the new Statutes.
Since 2010, EQANIE accepts applications from accreditation agencies for authorisation to award the Euro-Inf Label on behalf of EQANIE in the context of accreditation procedures at national level.
EQANIE member agencies that accredit informatics degree programmes are eligible to apply for authorisation.
A precondition for application is that an already functioning national accreditation system is in place, in conformity with the Euro-Inf Framework Standards and Accreditation Criteria for Informatics Programmes.
More information on how to apply for authorisation is available in the Standards and Guidelines for agencies applying for authorisation to award the “Euro-Inf Bachelor” and “Euro-Inf Master” quality labels.
